This building is comprises of Guest House, Mart/Shopping area, Caferia & Banquet Hall etc to facilitate businessmen & investors.
It has twenty eight guest rooms, a swimming pool, Cineplex, open air sitting area, cafeteria to provide facilities to ship crews & investors.
